There are pool tables, darts, games, and plenty to do. The inside is nice and clean, and it would be a great place to go for some drinks on the weekend if I ever planned on going back. While the food and service was terrible, the experience wasn't all bad. The manager there did not appear to care about their reputation at all. For a brand new location, I would think they would be trying to build up a good reputation. He simply played on his cell phone and flirted with the waitresses. They at no point offered to bring us new hot food, and the manager never approached us to apologize. They did comp the pizza and wings, but made us pay for the salad, which I barely ate. We told the waitress, and she told us she would see if they'd be willing to comp anything. Between the three of us, we consumed 5 wings, 6 squares of pizza, and I ate maybe three bites of my wet, soppy salad. Now, how on earth was the food COLD when we were waiting for what the waitress seemed to think was a long time for our food? Baffling. Our food came, and the pizza was cold, wings were cold, and the salad was wet. We assumed this would mean that our food would come out piping hot and delicious. At one point our waitress came to our table and apologized for the delay. We waited for about 30 minutes for our food, which is not completely unacceptable. We ordered a pizza, wings, beer, and I ordered a salad. I figured I knew what to expect at this location. Now, I have been to other Hotshots locations, and the food was just about what you'd expect out of bar food.

My husband, his friend, and I went to watch a Blues game and have some lunch at this location.
